Description

Supplement feed for horses

Luzerne+ is the ideal combination of Bavarian lucerne plus green oats and combines the positive feed properties of both plants.
Lucerne is, by nature, a perfect supplier of essential amino acids and minerals. Green oats belong to the grass genus and are harvested shortly after flowering (before the starch is incorporated into the grain). Green oats are said to have many positive properties: metabolism is stimulated, digestion is regulated and the immune system is strengthened.

A high-quality and healthy source of energy is particularly important for sport and breeding horses in order to achieve the required performance, but also leisure horses with increased energy requirements or in special phases of life benefit from the high-quality plant fibres in Lucerne+.

Thanks to the balanced 4:1 ratio (lucerne:green oats), lucerne+ provides high-quality, hot-air-dried raw fibre in chaff form. As a structural feed, Lucerne+ can reduce high cereal rations, ensures an optimum Ca:P ratio in cereal feeding, and covers the increased requirement for high-quality amino acids, e.g. in muscle building phases. Due to its low starch and sugar content, Lucerne+ is also well suited for sensitive horses and can be used in a variety of ways in daily horse feeding to meet the needs of the horse.
