Description

High performance boot designed for long distances and competitions. Features a bi-component adhesive fixing system.

RECOMMENDED USE: Speed or long-distance competitions over all types of terrain. Designed with the same sole as the Trainer 2014 they offer great endurance and traction whatever the type of ground.

A GOOD CHOICE FOR: Most types of hoof. Adaptable for flared hooves, club foot and other irregular hoof shapes.

Material: Polyurethan and high-resistance natural rubber

Extremly Lightweight: Depending on the size between 200 and 250 gr

The Competition Glue-On model gives reliable protection in speed or long-distance competitions for some days. Reliable Fixing without wires or adhesive strips respects the hoof’s structure. Put on correctly, they will not inadvertently come off over any type of ground, even muddy.

Reusable they can be taken off and reused up to 3 times. Can be adjusted with heat application the sole material can be molded with heat to fit any hoof like a glove.

Comfort and Ergonomics:

DSM (Dynamic Movement System) the design of the triangular mesh in the sole allows the heels to move independently, both horizontally and vertically.

Open and airy design; the design of the sole allows water to escape. Low profile shape that doesn’t interfere with the coronary band.

Respects the biometrics of the hoof doesn’t interfere, nor exert pressure or friction on any of the anatomical structures used in extension and flexion when the horse is in motion.

Floating Boots provides a system of hoof protection for horses in regard of the Natural Hoof Care philosophy with attention to the natural biomechanics of equine. Inherited from the Barefoot and inspired by Mustang Horses in USA, this technic is used more and more by trimmers, recommended by vets and tested successfully by endurance riders in competition, focus on the horses health and wellbeing.

The decrease of the vibrations made by the consecutive impact of the hoofs against the ground regarding the traditional metal horseshoe, and the improvement of hoof health by not using pointed objects into the hoof, reduces the risk of injury and enhances the horse’s performance.

The equine only needs the boots when carrying out an activity over abrasive pavement such as horseback rides, horse training or competition or for the transition between metal horseshoe and barefoot or as a therapy method. The rest of the time the horse must be barefoot in order to recover and improve the hoof’s quality.

We recommand the soles "Sport" for slippery grounds ( like water, mud or humid gras). The soles "Endurance" for dry and stoney ways up to pavements and asphalted streets.
