There are these situations: The stable where the horse is living, takes the horses out every day, but the halter is not taken off and remains on the horse's head while he is in the field, creating the risk that he could get struggled in it while rolling or playing or get caught somewhere with it.

Or the horse remains jumpy, panics at the rope and tugs until the halter breaks - and gets injured.

In these moments, the Equimero® cork safety strap offers a valuable solution.

It is inserted between the cheek straps and the neck straps in the halter's buckle. When first used, it is important to buckle the safety strap into the lower hole. From approx. 60 kg pulling force, the lower hole of the safety strap will tear open downwards, the horse comes free and the halter remains undamaged.

The safety strap can then be used a second time in the upper hole.

The safety strap is a simple way to prevent injuries caused by getting caught in the halter. At the same time, the safety strap is easy on the wallet because you don't always have to buy a new halter.

Suitable for all headpieces with a strap width of 20-30mm. Colour black, buckle silver.
