How does the rental process work?
- Select the length of time you would like to test the bareback pad from the drop-down menu. The rental period begins on the day of delivery and ends on the day you return the product to the post office.

In the next step, choose the size. The deposit is displayed in this drop-down menu. The deposit amount corresponds to the purchase price of the new product and will be added to your order under the heading “deposit.”
- You can try our Alizée DeLuxe bareback pad at home on your horse. Please use a saddle pad for each trial!
What do I have to pay and what will I be refunded?
- If the item is returned to us in perfect condition and on the agreed date (as evidenced by the postmark), you will receive a full refund of the deposit within 3 to 10 business days, using the payment method you chose when you made your reservation, and we will retain the rental fee.
- If you return the pad late (as evidenced by the postmark), we will charge an additional week's rental per week started, which will be deducted from the deposit.
- If the pad is returned dirty or damaged, we reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit depending on the extent of the damage.
Who pays the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are paid by the customer. They are calculated in the shopping cart when the order is completed. They vary depending on the country.
The return of your order is at your own risk. Please keep the proof of shipment until your package has arrived and been processed by us. You will receive an email from us when we have received your package and when your money has been refunded.

We are very happy about that! Please contact us at post@cheval-ami.fr within the rental period so that we can exchange your rental contract for a purchase confirmation and refund your rental fees. If you have received an exposure pad, a pad that has already been used, or a pad in a different color than the one you wanted, we will exchange it for a new one or agree on an individual price reduction, depending on your preference.
Will I receive a new or used loan product?
Both cases are possible. We check all loan products before shipping to ensure they are fully functional and clean.
