The Floating Boots TRAINER 2019 is a horse-friendly alternative to iron horseshoes. It offers perfect protection and respects the biodynamics of the hoof. A precious support for the conversion to bare hoof, for long rides on rough ground and especially to support sore horses with sensitive hoof soles.

The designations -S, -M, -L and -XL after the sizes stand for the size of the gaiter. For high heels, choose the larger Version of the gaiter.

Geometry : The "M" sizes are slightly rounder, the "P" sizes are slightly longer.
Standard : "Sport" version with transparent sole, black front-piece, padded with EVA and neoprene padding in the back.

The TRAINER 2019 is easier for users to handle and offers more comfort to the horse.

Comfort sole. The Trainer 2019 has a flat and soft inner sole. Its surface is made of small, soft rubber dots, which is especially comfortable for horses with sensitive soles. It also allows the hoof to be in full contact with the sole to promote the natural blood flow.
No-twist system: Floating Boots has also incorporated small dots on the sole around the gaiter to avoid turnings and losses. Combined with the rubber dots of the gaiter they support a a better fit on the hoof.
Made in neoprene the heel bulbs protections on the backside of the gaiter has been made to eliminate rubbing. Still, it is adaptable to any shape of heel bulbs. Both, the neoprene protector and the elastic gaiter are perforated to allow ventilation.
The EVA front protection avoids rubbing and comforts the front part of the hoof.
Easy and adjustable attachment system. The strap of the gaiter comes with a non-slip design.

Floating Boots provides a system of hoof protection for horses in regard of the Natural Hoof Care philosophy with attention to the natural biomechanics of equines. Inherited from the Barefoot and inspired by Mustang Horses in USA, this technic is used more and more by trimmers, recommended by vets and tested successfully by endurance riders in competition, focus on the horses health and wellbeing.

The decrease of the vibrations made by the consecutive impact of the hoofs against the ground regarding the traditional metal horseshoe, and the improvement of hoof health by not using pointed objects into the hoof, reduces the risk of injury and enhances the horse’s performance. The equine only needs the boots when carrying out an activity over abrasive pavement such as horseback rides, horse training or competition or for the transition between metal horseshoe and barefoot or as a therapy method. The rest of the time the horse must be barefoot in order to recover and improve the hoof’s quality.
