The Alizée DeLuxe is the further development of the popular LaBona Alizée. This bareback pad combines elegant design, masterful craftsmanship and the use of 100% natural materials. It was created for riders who value closeness to their horse while seeking comfort, fine communication and refined aesthetics.
The pad is an excellent tool to feel, learn and refine communication with your horse through your own body. You will sense the warmth of the horse’s back, the play of its muscles and the movement of each leg. At the same time, the back remains free and supple, allowing muscles to develop naturally while the rider’s seat is continuously improved. This makes the Alizée DeLuxe a valuable addition to any training program.
ERGONOMIC DESIGN IN CLASSIC DRESSAGE STYLE
The upper side of the pad is made from premium Turkish Alinin leather, vegetable-tanned, soft yet durable, non-slip and elegant. The slightly raised seat area allows a free hip movement, enabling the rider’s leg to fall naturally and in balance.
A deep seat supports subtle aids from the rider’s core, while the higher pommel provides additional clearance at the withers. The high cantle with its inlaid logo offers extra security and support. Flat flaps allow particularly close contact with the horse, enhancing leg communication.
Broad nylon reinforcements are integrated into the flaps to ensure that the pad maintains its shape over time. These reinforcements do not run across the horse’s back, preventing any localized pressure points. The padding of the panels and knee rolls is made from real wool, carefully hand-stuffed. Two longitudinal panels create a channel over the spine, preventing pressure on the dorsal processes. Through two easily accessible openings on the underside, the pad can be re-stuffed when necessary, either by yourself or by a saddler.
Wider and longer panels provide improved pressure distribution. The billets consist of nylon straps covered in soft leather and are compatible with all standard short girths. The pad does not feature stirrup attachments or a tree, ensuring maximum freedom for the horse’s back. Depending on preference, it can be used with or without a saddle pad. It is suitable for all horse types and is currently available in a standard size.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The leather top can be wiped clean with a soft damp cloth or sponge. The suede underside can be gently brushed in case of dirt. To maintain its beauty, it is recommended to use a saddle cloth or numnah if required.

Leather is a natural material. Slight colour variations or marks caused by contact with other materials (such as zippers, seams or boot rubber) are normal characteristics and not a reason for complaint.
