The Equizaum® STANDARD is a cavesson, a halter, a sidepull and a boveçon made from Biothane, all in one bridle.
Depending on your preferences and requirements, it can be supplemented with additional fittings to function as a snaffle bridle, a snaffle bridle with a soft bit, or a bitless bridle.
For optimal results in ground work and lunging, it is essential that the cavesson fits perfectly and that pressure is distributed evenly. That is why we use 19mm Biothane for the Equizaum® and 25mm Biothane for the noseband – this ensures the perfect balance of stability and lightness or flexibility. Furthermore, the Equizaum® is always adjustable on both sides to fit your horse’s head perfectly.
For the sensitive neck area, the Equizaum STANDARD can also be fitted with neck patches (optional accessory).

All three headpieces (nose, poll, cheek) of the Equizaum STANDARD are supplied in a single size, enabling straightforward selection and short delivery times – without customisation, but featuring the same patented Equimero technology.

The Bithanger - Transform your cavesson into a snaffle in seconds
On the cheeck pieces are two additional rings for attaching the Bithangers where then a bit can be attached. In this way, the Equizaum® can be used like a traditional snaffle.
The Separator Tool accessory - bitless and with bit at the same time
For use as a "Sidepull" and "Classic Snaffle" at the same time. Well suited to riders with unstable hands, for working with young horses and also for the transition to bitless riding. The separator is a strap that you attach to both the noseband rings and the bit to distribute the action of the hand between the two points of contact.
