One and a half years of development went into the Equigurt®, the completely new saddle girth from Equimero®. With a great deal of passion, know-how and countless test runs, the Lower Saxony-based innovator has once again created a product that makes the equestrian world a little bit better: thanks to the D-ring construction, developed and patented by Equimero®, the so-called belly plate remains where it should lie. Slippage of the belly plate is prevented by the fact that the movable D-ring construction connects it to the girth straps.
This makes the Equigurt® particularly suitable for horses where the girth position is close to the elbow, or where the girth position is less pronounced or the abdomen is more curved.
The comfortable belly plate (made of either "Airmesh" or "Lambskin") nestles up perfectly against the horse and distributes the pressure evenly over its entire surface. The individual size and optimum fit counteract saddle pressure, breathing problems or restricted movement.
For lovers of saddle girths made of cords, we also offer a girth made of handmade cotton cords as an alternative to Biothane. In this way, everyone can design his or her own unique favourite girth.
The attention to detail as known from Equimero, a recess in the Biothane at the point where the thorn of the buckle is located prevents the horse from feeling pressure at this point (thick padding of the buckles is not necessary here!).
Please make sure that when taking measurements for the girth, the girth buckles are over the range of movement of the elbow!
The Equigurt® can be cleaned with water and sponge. The padding of the belly plate can be removed and washed in the washing machine. This uniquely horse-friendly saddle girth is individually handcrafted according to customer wishes in Equimero's workshop in Lower Saxony - like all Equimero products.
GOOD TO KNOW:
- Due to the light conditions during product photography and the different screen settings, the product color cannot be authentically reproduced, either in the photos or on the online configurator.
- Subsequent extension / conversion of the modules after reception are not possible.
- Fluorescent colours my stain.
