Green light has a regulating and calming effect and not only promotes wound healing and scar formation, but also generally improves the skin's appearance after skin reactions of all kinds. Proven indications also include diseases of the musculoskeletal system and acute arthritis. It is the ideal colour for initiating treatment.
Green light acts on cytochrome C and thus shows a functional tonification of copper-containing coenzyme systems in fibrblasts/fibrocytes. Cytochrome C is a small protein that plays a crucial role as an electron transporter in energy production. Cytochrome C occurs in all living organisms as mono- and multimers.

The Nordian Light Therapy Pad Green is available in two dimensions:
The Pad in 40 x 32 cm has 88 double LEDs with 525 nm green light.
The Pad in 85 x 45 cm has 276 double LEDs with 525 nm green light.
Delivery includes : bag, power bank with controller (AKKU: Li-ion, 11.1 V / 2200 mAh), battery charger (12.6 V), elastic straps with Velcro fastener, operating instructions.
The bag is made of the shock-absorbing material ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and the battery controller comes already charged, in this way your pad is well protected and the therapy can be started immediately! Built into the Li-ion battery pack, the controller can perform the following functions
- Selection of the therapy intensity (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)
- Selection of the therapy time (5m, 10m, 15m, 20m, 25m, 30m)
- Display the battery capacity
- Protect against overcharging
Application:
Whether treating injuries or as a preventive measure, Nordian Light Therapy Pads can initially be used 1-2 times a day for best results. You can then reduce the treatments as needed. A treatment should never last longer than 30 minutes, otherwise the optimal effect cannot be achieved.
Important note: Never use over a malignant tumor in an animal unless directed by a qualified veterinarian.
Recommendation:
For dogs: 1-2 times a day for about 5-10 minutes, intensity 2 or 3
For horses: 1-2 times a day for about 10-15 minutes, intensity 3 or 4
For sensitive horses or areas, either start with a lower intensity or slowly increase the treatment time.
