How does the rental process work?
1.) Select how long you would like to borrow a product from the drop-down menu. The renting period counts from the day you received the item (delivery day). The return day is considered to be the date of the postmark on which you handed over the product to the post office.
2.) In the next step, select which product you would like to borrow. Within the drop-down menu, the deposit that must be paid for the selected product is displayed. The amount of the deposit corresponds to the purchase value of the product and will be added to your order marked as a deposit.
3.) You can test the LED Lighttherapy pad at home on your horse and convince yourself of the quality before making a purchase, or use the tool during a special healing process.
What do I have to pay and what do I get refunded?
- If the item is returned to us in perfect condition and by the agreed date (the date of the postmark counts), you will receive a full refund of the deposit within 3-10 working days to your chosen method of payment.
We will retain the rental fee.
- If you return the rented pad to us late (the date of the postmark counts) we charge an additional weekly rental fee per additional week or part thereof, which will be deducted from the deposit.
- If the returned pad is dirty or damaged, we reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit depending on the amount of damage.
Who pays the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are paid by the customer. The delivery from us to you is calculated in the shopping cart while the order is completed. These vary depending on the destination.
For returns, we ask you to purchase a shipping label for an insured package on your own. You will find the return address on your delivery note.

That makes us very happy! Please contact us at the email address post@cheval-ami.de WITHIN THE AGREED RENTING PERIOD so that we can exchange your rental agreement for a confirmation of purchase and refund the rental fee. If you have received a display item or an already used pad for testing, we will exchange it for you or arrange an individual discount.
Do I get a new or a used rental product?
Both cases are possible. All rental products are checked by us for full functionality and shipped in a clean condition.
