Red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation or LED light therapy, is recognised as a safe, painless, non-invasive and drug-free form of treatment for healing the skin and body. It involves exposing animals to therapeutic wavelengths of light to improve their health and well-being.
The Nordian light therapy glove emits 940 nm infrared light, 660 nm red light, 430 nm violet light, 525 nm green light and 595 nm yellow light, which penetrates the skin to stimulate energy production and penetrate deep into tissue, muscle and bone. This can counteract inflammation and support the healing of a variety of problems from the surface of the skin to the bones. Injured cells can actually be rejuvenated by light.

The LED light therapy glove is intended for the treatment of the following:

The bag is made of the shock-absorbing material ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and the battery controller comes already charged, in this way your pad is well protected and the therapy can be started immediately! Built into the Li-ion battery pack, the controller can perform the following functions
- Selection of the therapy intensity (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)
- Selection of the therapy time (5m, 10m, 15m, 20m, 25m, 30m)
- Display the battery capacity
- Protect against overcharging
Application:
Whether treating injuries or as a preventive measure, Nordian Light Therapy Pads can initially be used 1-2 times a day for best results. You can then reduce the treatments as needed. A treatment should never last longer than 30 minutes, otherwise the optimal effect cannot be achieved.
Recommendation:
1-2 times a day for about 15-20 minutes, intensity 3 or 4
For sensitive horses or areas, either start with a lower intensity or slowly increase the treatment time.
