Description

Relax Hepatics and Neem Clay for Horses is a mixture of clays with a tincture of active ingredients from extracts of hepatics (Marchantiophyta), Witch Hazel, Calendula flowers and Neem leaves. Enriched with Nigella and Neem oil. Relax Hepatics and Neem Clay and Neem is recommended for supportive care in case of skin damage caused by an infestation of fungi, mites or parasites. After application, it forms a soft and breathable protection and acts as a natural protective film.

The red and green clay from the south of France provide the skin with important trace elements and minerals for its deep regeneration. They are also renowned for their purifying effects. The tincture associated with these clays contains a mixture of hepatics extract, as well as a tincture of Neem leaves and Neem oil.

A lot of scientific studies have shown that hepatics, also called liverworts, have excellent defenses against fungi and bacteria. These precious active substances are present in our hepatics extract. Neem has been used in traditional Indian medicine for thousands of years. The oil and tincture obtained from the leaves of Neem is used as a natural care product against mite and insect infestations. Scientific studies also support this knowledge of natural healing and prove that Neem products have a soothing effect on the skin and relieve itching. Calendula cultivated as a medicinal plant in Central Europe since the 12th century is known for its anti-inflammatory and healing properties. The leaves and dried bark of witch hazel were already used by the indigenous peoples of North America to heal wounds, inflammation of the skin and to relieve itching. Nigella oil and Panthenol, other components of the tincture, have a soothing effect and deeply nourish the skin. Panthenol (provitamin B5) will promote the metabolic processes of regeneration of the skin, thus supporting cell renewal and strengthening the natural protective function of the skin.

As we want to avoid the use of preservatives as much as possible, we offer the clay and the dye separately. Thus, the owner of the horse can make the mixture himself according to his needs and always uses fresh and quality clay.

A bucket of Relax Hepatics and Neem Clay and Neem contains:

• 750 g of mixture of red and green clay dried in the sun, from the south of France.
• 100 ml of oil tincture mixture of Hepatics extract, Neem oil, Neem leaf tincture, Black Cumin oil, Calendula extract and oil, extract Witch Hazel, Panthenol, essential oils and rimulgan (emulsifier from castor oil).
• 1 wooden spatula.

The contents of a bucket can make about 1.25 kg of dough. For ecological reasons, we use glass bottles for dyeing and paper bags as packaging for clay.

Usage:

Mix clay, stain and water according to label directions
Apply the mixed paste to the affected areas at least once a day and let it dry.
When the clay dries, there is a movement of liquid from the inside to the outside, which thanks to the evaporation will remove the heat present in the affected area.

Relax Hepatics and Neem Clay forms a soft and natural protective dressing. Detaches from the skin on its own after drying and therefore does not need to be washed daily. However, we recommend washing the treated skin areas about once a week with our Relax Neem Oil Shampoo and then applying a freshly prepared agile. For intensive treatment, the Relax Hepatics & Neem spray is a perfect complement to the application of this Clay.
